• Your role as a Client is to bring openness, honesty, and commitment to the process — you drive the agenda, I support the journey.

What Coaching Is Not

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, consulting, or training.
• I will not tell you what to do, diagnose issues, or provide professional advice (medical, financial, or legal).
• If needed, I may encourage you to seek support from another professional alongside our work.

What to Expect in Our Sessions

• Sessions are typically 60 minutes and start with your agenda — what’s most important to you in that moment.
• Together we’ll explore possibilities, uncover patterns, and identify next steps.
• I may invite you to reflect or experiment with an action between sessions — it’s always your choice.
• You’ll often leave with greater clarity, energy, or direction to carry into your daily life and work.
